I'm snowed in.. can' t go anywhere and bored..
so I'd thought i'd make another 'celebrity ship and crew."
Already have sg1, most of the star trek crews, joker, luthor.. kirito, gandalf etc..
so what's another one.
If anyone has input for the question, feel free to respond.
if you look at the white star and the xindi-aquatic briostrys dreadnought carrier the dont look close.
now the white star and the Aelahl Light Warbird Battlecruiser do look more alike.
T5 Dyson Warbird Science Destroyers. I take no credit for recognizing the resemblance as I didn't know what the whitestar was and I never watched Babylon 5 until a fleet friend mentioned it, though I should hearing how good it is.
It's one of my most favorite ships in the game by both looks and gameplay fun, been polishing mine again recently to make it a true sci/tac hybrid with some protonic tac consoles & energy weapons, but minus the 3-pack ship consoles as they are truly dated and not worth slotting. Only the Harpia is worth it IMO, the rest are for slight cosmetic options. Not powerful, but more than enough in either mode to handle elite patrols solo, but it's 'nightmare mode' to stay alive and tank too but very doable in skilled hands and proper build.

Downside is it is either lobi or in mudd's market..
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
I think the closest I've seen is the Aelahl with the Jem'Hadar shield on it.
For an added "Babylon 5" idea, the Vaadwaur Juggernaut does bear something of a resemblance to an EarthForce Omega-class, if the rotating section didn't rotate.
The ones built with Shadow tech did not rotate, they had internal gravity generators. The Shadow tentacles could be done with Omega rep systems I think, and with a black vanity shield it would be a reasonably good analog.
Another reasonable contender for the White Star would be the Vorgon Xyfius heavy escort, but since it is a T6 Phoenix store ship it is just barely short of impossible to get since the odds are worse than getting hit by lightning immediately followed by a meteor hit (yes that is an exaggeration, but not by much).

Thanks I wasn't aware of that warbird. that warbird looks really good (as both warbird itself and as whitestar lookalike). I'm going to add that to my shopping list.
I am not expert on many playable ships in the STO. The STO wiki doesn't have visual guide for all ships in one or several images. It lists all playable ships and I wasn't interested to go and click each ship link to check its image especially when there are well over 150 or more ships on the list. That ship I mentioned in my earlier post was just happened to be the one I saw in a TFO earlier on.
The other question is do you want it to play like the Whitestar? The Whitestar tended to function more like a Defiant-class or Bird of prey with cannons.

And if you want to flip around you need the console off the Hirogen Escort, but that will only fit on Escorts and Raptors, and I think the only Warbird that'd both look close and count would be the Ar'kif line.
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

No doubt about it.

The memory cheats.
But seriously, B5 is just DS9 for Republicans.
Yea, I went there!
