Hello support.

Can you help, I log in & out Sto by using my Facebook login.
Download Sto off epic server & log in & out the Sto arc website using my account I made for the website based on my Facebook login.

Question it doesn't look like the game login & arc website logo are the same account.

Even though they have same email.

There no record of any game play in the arc website.

Please advise.

    Is there any way to put up a legal case against ARC support? I need help from authorities against the support team. It is outrageous how they handle the issues... well precisely... how they DON'T handle. Weeks passing and they don't do anything.

    There must be a consumer protection system.

    First of all, I do not recommend bringing PWE support to court. You are overreacting. Instead bring up your problem by filing a ticket and wait patiently.
