Reward not available on all characters

So, about 11 years ago, I picked up a preorder with 6 month sub. I played the beta, participated in some events, and stopped when my sub ran out because life was happening. Somewhere in all that I got the Borg Bridge Officer reward. Now that I have come back to the game, I am enjoying it, but I realized that the Borg BOff was not appearing on the new characters I created. I have read everything I can find, been through every tab on the Zen Store, and when I was sure it was a bug, I contacted CS who have confirmed it is a bug and asked me to post here about it.

    That is extremely unlikely. I had to look up what a TFO is, and I never did much multiplayer in the few months I played (on an irregular schedule) around launch.

    I have to assume you mean this boff https://sto.gamepedia.com/Klingon_Liberated_Borg_Bridge_Officer or its fed equivalent and if so it should be in the legacy unlocks section and not the personnel section.

    Note there are also Borg boff rewards for buyingthe delta rising and legacy of romulus packs as well
    Still waiting to be able to use forum titles

    Yep, Federation version. I've been through all that with CS already via email & they agreed it should be available in Legacy Unlocks and that we have a bug.
