Kobali Prime: "Breaking the Wall" mission

hello there,
i did several ingame bug reports about this issue for a while now, after every patch to be precise, but the mission "Breaking the Wall" is broken and cannot be completed. The first step is an event called "At the gates" and this capture and hold event wont progress at all!
The same issue seems to plague the other capture and hold event in the vicinity just a bit to the south, with two capture points, but only one seems to progress, and the other wont according to the progress bar.
This issue prevents completing the Kobali Prime mission arc, which is unfortunate.
