did not recieve bonus zen from black friday sale

half an hour after the black friday sale went live i purchased the 100 dollar zen pack. the news item stated a 30 percent bonus to all zen purchases, but i only recieved the normal 10 percent bonus they normally offer.

    Do you have the game installed through STEAM or through ARC? The sale notice kind of hides the fact its an ARC sale so if you are using STEAM and make the purchase in game it goes through the steam wallet. I have not tested this but in the past this meant I did not get the ARC bonuses.

    Same with me, I bought $20 of zen and it did not give me the bonus. That is different from the last two years were the bonus definitely applied. I feel like demanding my money back since I cannot get the ship I bought the zen for in the first place now since I was depending on the bonus to be able to get it.
