ARC unable to connect, timed out

Hello,

I am trying to get online with ARC, but it keeps giving me a timeout message. Then it tells me to check my internet connection, but my connection is fine.

Is it down? Is this related to the extended maintenance?

The time is 18:15 UTC time, 12 November.

I suspect ARC isdoing maintenance and thats whats wrong.

Yes had same problem. I went to support and "CHAT" window. They have extended the not available perion to 12 noon PST. Not the first time we have had this problem. Sounds like a new group getting trained.
