(Still not fixed) Did not receive items after redeeming code

A little while ago i redeemed a code from a giveaway on reddit. I got conformation that i received items in game, however nothing appeared anywhere. I'm talking about the Federation Elite Starter Pack. It is nowhere to be found and still costs 2k ZEN. I went to apply a help ticket but got sent here. We checked everything and i should have the items, they are just not there.

    It should be in your Promotions tab.
