The Widening Gyre, "You Do Not Meet the Class Requirments"

Is there any particular reason why my lvl 65 character can't join the TFO when I'm in a squad, but otherwise I can. Sometimes. Often not, unless I log out and back in again...
And what does that even mean? "You do not meet the class requirments" tells me literally nothing at all. And tells me nothing about how to meet the class requirment

    I had this issue, When i pressed U it showed a different ship name and class to the one i was actually using. It froze me out saying "you do not meet the class requirements" Going to the ship tab cleared it but it came back a couple of minutes later. To fix it i had to change my ship out for another one completely and then switch back to the original ship.
