STO Arc launcher promptly crashes when patching comes up in the bar

Hi

So I have a issue since this new update i am unable to to patch though the sto arc launcher. Every time i try to patch the launcher crashes right when patching starts unfortunately i am also unable to force verify because that too does the same thing honestly i'm scared of trying to do a full reinstall in case it doesn't work and the launcher still cashes even after that...I have also noticed the the Neverwinter Arc launcher is doing the exact same thing as well so i have little idea in how i can solve this issue

    Im seeing the same error ...1d2dd9 since startup yesterday cant finish patching and cant verify

    Also seeing the exact same issue. The instant the game starts patching in the STO launcher, the game crashes. I know it most likely has something to do with the update, because I was able to play the morning of the update right before it was downloaded. As soon as "House Divided" shows up, bam, the game stopped working.
