BUGGED Friends List Errors & Updating since 6/25

Seems the friends list since the larger PRE-patch or todays 6/25 smaller update patch caused it.

ISSUE:
  1. Not seeing friends online who are, and they not hiding in Privacy options either; you not see a sign logged off, yet they disappear.
  2. I've also noticed I can't REMOVE friends, at least a small majority of the time...
  3. Also TEXT about your friends comments aren't updating at times either...
  4. Sometimes won't see friends sign-on or sign-off notifications either...

Several have said this patch seemed to have caused some GLITCHES with Friends List.

    Seems more like a glitch, or long backlog of updating what you see?

    Not all the time, but often enough, that its quite noticeable.

    I have found that if you change your instance to force your friends list to update it then displays them online. I know I have been in contact with support and they suggested I report what I found here. so I am :).
    Annoying this is becoming that everything they touch BREAKS something else.

    I'm seeing this problem as well, and I've switched instances and maps without it updating enough to fix it.
