Groupees bundle not redeeming correctly.

I am unable to redeem the Hero Coalition Charity Promotion Tier 2 bundle I purchased. The bundle shows as available in my Zen store however whenever I click Claim I am shown the message on the screenshot. I was able to redeem the Tier 1 pack for the pet fine but the ships and fleet ship module from the Tier 2 bundle are not redeeming. I have available ship slots and my characters have completed tutorials. Character I'm trying to claim this on is lvl 65.

Any ideas?

I can't even log into Arc to try and redeem them. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it...And guess what?!? I am still getting a " login timed out check network" I have been on the phone with IT for an hour and a half. They say it's at your guys end. Please fix.

I have the same issue. Tier 1 redeem worked fine, but Tier 2 (which contains the ships) does not. I have tried it on multiple characters with the same results.

I suspect if you've claimed the Fleet Module after selecting the Promotion redeption, the way to CLAIM the Ships themselves, is then going to T6 Ship CSTORE selection, and finding the Ships to Claim them directly -- depending on the Faction of your character.

It won't show up as a listing in the ZEN store, you have to search the News website for Groupee Charitable offering. It requires you buying the offering directly from them. Search for the Purchase link embedded below.

I see a FIX is also available 5/14 for those who received the Fleet Module, yet were unable to do anything with it.

Useful, but they don't say anything about not being able to redeem the ships. I imagine that needs more investigating.
