Not sure if this is the right section for this, but it seemed the most fitting.
So recently I decided to go for the lifetime subscription... but I can't for the life of me figure out how to actually do that.
When I try to, I get the following error message:
"Oops!
Sorry, we cannot find the webpage you have requested.
Please check the URL again or return to our homepage."
I went to this link, through Guides>Lifetime Subscription

I've also tried going to this link, and pressing the 'buy now' button. Same results.

I've contacted support about it.
They said that they know about it, and are working on getting it fixed.
No time estimates, though.
I managed to have no problem getting to the page through this link though = https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/game-pack/detail/2064-star-trek-online:-lifetime-subscription
