Hi, i have a problem:
I recently bought the T6 Coupon buyout token ( not the T6 / 1000 LOBI one, the previous one), but i see no coupon to be found nor can i find the reclaim button to get that coupon from the Event page, is there a way to receive what i bought and not let my Zen go to waste? or is the tokenb somewhere specific i can get it?
Go to the C-Store and look at a T6 ship. It should give you the option to use the token. I don't think it actually 'physically' gives you one in your inventory.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
i am browsingfromt he normal ships tab, no ship that i can use the Token on, maybe that buyout item int he Zstore should have been removedafter the last Coupon event ended before the switch to the new one? in that case i hope it can be helpful for the dev team to take a look on it and prevent others from doing my mistake...
Same issue here spent over 2800 zen to buy it out got no coupon and its no where in any inventory their is no event tab under rep so either need the coupon or the zen back
Have you looked at the new Events tab in the Mission Journal? It is one of the top tabs. That is where the coupon comes from especially in the Second Chance section if you were not able to complete the project when the event was going on.
If you do not have a physical item in your inventory, then you should open a ticket with support. Despite what some have said, the T6 discount token is absolutely a physical item and in order for the discount to reflect as an option, you have to browse on the character that has the token. So if you finish the event on your Federation Captain and you want to use it on a KDF Kor Bird of Prey, you have to hand the item to a Klingon Character and use them to buy the ship.
If you don't have that item, then something is wrong and only Support can help with that. You will want to use the Support option at the top of the page or click here. It sounds to me like an issue with the Buyout option as claiming it from finishing the event works perfectly fine.
NOTE:
If you only selected the BUYOUT option from the CSTORE, realize you haven't yet CLAIMED the TOKEN, so you got to Navigate to the Past Event and select CLAIM.
All the buyout does is advance the progress from 0 to 2100/2800 or whatever the maximum; you still need to find the past Event in the TAB, note if you had a buyout option it will be there, and then find the CLAIM option.
If you are still having problems, look for the 'bold' menu at the top of ARC website, it will say SUPPORT and their you can fill in a ticket with a Game Master. Describe exactly what you did & when, and what you're either seeing or not, and then be kind and ask for help so they can resolve it.
So just to be clear the problem is if you earned/bought out the 1st Event Campaign from 2019 but didn't claim the Discount Coupon then when the Events were upgraded and moved from Reputation to Mission Journal the claim button disappeared in the transfer and you could no longer claim it. The new claim button does not display the old coupon.
There is a workaround: create a new toon. They will have the old settings with Events still in Character/Reputation. The button to claim will be there. Claim it and mail it to the toon you want to have it.

I have nothing in my inventory either, just my Zen disapepraedin the transaction and i didn't receive what i spent them for...
The ships you want to get, need to not be in the New category otherwise you cannot purchase them with the free Tier 6 ship token.

Good luck.
Doesn't matter when buying from the C-Store.

Many get confused it's a two step process.
In case it 's from Support, i want to thank you for the relatively quick fix ^-^
