Cant reach cryptic to load launcher? Error times out

Cant reach cryptic to load launcher? Error times out :(

Looking at a normal tracert it seems i can only get as far as akamai.prolexic.com hops....

8 * * * akamai.prolexic.com [195.66.224.31]

Is it an ISP issue or is the cryptic patch server down?

    FYI

    No action taken on my part other than returned several hours later and had successful ping and client loading again

    ping patchserver.crypticstudios.com

    Pinging patchserver.crypticstudios.com [208.95.184.200] with 32 bytes of data:
