Character selection screen keeps freezing

Character screen keeps freezing cannot get into game and it is pissing me off I want to play my game come get it fixed. If I miss the chance at that Khitomer battlecruiser cause the game being down it may considerably change my mind about this game i may not play or spend money on it again!!!!!
