Borg Exoskeletal Frame Costume - Cannot be worn by Bridge Officers

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
The costume unlocked by the Borg Exoskeletal Frame can not be worn by Bridge Officers. Is this intended, or can we expect a fix?

Also, I think the description of the item needs to clarify that the item actually does unlock a costume for those who buy it.

    I'm not seeing a costume option of any kind even for my captain. Could it be because he IS a liberated Borg? (Romulan)

    You can access it from that drop down menu that allows you to select off-duty uniforms, reputation set armors, risa beach wear etc.
