How stop ARC accessing microphone?

  It might just be getting a list of devices so it knows what to do in settings.

  From the arc program, top left right in settings the microphone is mentioned in the streaming section so switching it off there is a start.
  Other than that it is probably easiest to look at your app permissions in your operating system (e.g. Windows 10) and switch off permission for arc to use the microphone.

  This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.

  Even quicker, don't use ARC to launch your game. Standalone launcher works great, ever since they ended the ARC perks there is no reason to use it.​​
