Is the miradorn like a C-store ship too, or single unlock?
I would assume it's an account-wide unlock in reference to the former Lockbox ship, yet they also included quite a few extra items to round out a collection, where as the Command Assault Cruiser listed at 12000 ZEN didn't include.
Still we'll likely have to wait a few more days to see when it's listed in the CSTORE, or possible a second blog in the next day or two!
I'd be surprised if the Miradon is but a single character unlock, but perhaps it is a single unlock, as it also guarantees a lockbox ship with the purchase of a pack; and they also throw in several other items to round a collections. Now for older time players who have several of the items, the pack may be less than desirable, depending if you wanted a extra Miradorn but it at least guarantee one! And on that note that would also be a first! It save a few people a lot of keys for a ship they may have highly desired.
NOTE: It is also very nice they included the TNG Enterprise Bridge as well, for those who didn't have it.

You have to be mindful of the actual context of the questions and statements made. In the most recent livestream, the context was the anniversary event, not the anniversary in general. We are getting 10+ ships for the entire anniversary, but only one of those is for the anniversary in-game event, which will be free of course.

Exactly, this is what I've been trying to say elsewhere.
One could theorize they are testing the waters, offering lockbox ships for 120€/$ in the store. As with some Klingon science ships in the past though, the offer is just too weak and thus potentially biased towards 'failing'.

I like the idea of being able to purchase account bound versions of older lockbox ships and possibly R&D promo ships, but not when it is marketed as the Picard Bundle with no new content from the upcoming show.
Even at the 6k "special" price this seems a bit overpriced. There is nothing special or really good in the pack, and a lot of people own a lot in it already. I like the whole lockbox ship in zen store idea but that pack is a bit...meh. Could have added some cool new goodies that tie into the new show at least.
12,000 zen so roughly $120 for 1 T6 ship, 1 T5 ship & 1 T3 ship... a bunch of costumes and 1 weapon you can get via phoenix box? wow hard pass even with "50%" off sale.
That weapon as far as I know is not in Phoenix box (happened to look yesterday) and was available from the First Contact Day event last year according to wiki, which I personally missed. So aside from this bundle, the weapon is not currently obtainable and someone in ESD yesterday was wishing they would add it to Mudd's Market. That said, while I do have the Galaxy on my chars, (at least I think it's the same one, T5 with Saucer Separation) the Miradorn, interior, weapon, and Constellation costume are of interest to me, so I might get this while it's on sale. Full price wouldn't be worth it to me though. If I'm going to spend $120, I'd want to get multiple T6 ships.
I had a good laugh 12000zen didn't know April was close by. Besides that i have 80 - 90% already of this old TRIBBLE devaluing the Miradorn ship and putting it in c-stores is just rude to the people who got through opening boxes or from the exchange. But then nothing supprises me anymore I'm sure the target audience are the same ones who don't know how to upgrade the phasers in this game or set 100% energy to weapons but sign up on advanced and elite content. Well played indeed.

I suspect it could also include 10 Ships coming around the Anniversary timeline, some may be CSTORE, others Lobi, and a few new Lockbox ships we've been hearing about.
Still having said that, I'm sure they've likely hidden in a few surprises, given it's the 10 year for sure!
Its a cute promo for the new series... but sadly STO players who have been playing for 3+ years probably already own half of these items, through freebies and giveaways.. or already bought.

I was super excited to see a 'Picard bundle' then I read what was in it and now im sad. Almost everything in the bundle is old content, very very old content. That would be fine if there was a bunch of newer stuff in it but.. yeah no. Why not add First Contact style phasers and phaser sniper rifles to it. There is tons of unused stuff from TNG that could be added. Like others have said, Dr Crushers lab coat, multiple types of phasers, shuttles, rocket launcher from insurrection, scout shuttle from it. Locutus style borg suit.
TNG is jam packed with content yet its so under utilized in STO. For a $120 bundle you could have at least thrown it the T6 Galaxy and made a T6 constillation. I mean the T6 Con is just an asset swap for god sake, litterly 5mins to slap a new layout on the thing/adjust a few stats and shove it out the door.
$120 for this bundle is criminally over priced for the content you get, even IF you didnt have any of it yet. Could have thrown in Warfs outfit pieces and his batleth or a cat like Data's. You guys really need to make it where if people have part of a bundle it gets discounted for what they already have. To many bundles are now overlapping and breaking the system.
Does the price mean the bundle will be found in the muggs market section of the store or is it an indication that the greedonomics are going to become even more of a driving force for the game?
For all the content to draw from the TNG era, the stuff being offered and the asking price for it just doesn't add up.

1. This bundle's value is almost entirely based on whether a person wants the T6 ship or not. If I really wanted that ship, this would be a good value. Since I don't care, the value is poor. I would not work to earn whatever hundreds of millions of EC to buy this ship on its own, as opposed to a number of other ships that I do like.
2. Why break the Galaxy pack? Why not include the Galaxy pack? Seriously that could be a starter pack and offer a discount on this full pack, and it unquestionably fits the pack.
3. Why not include the Andromeda and/or a brand new T6 Constellation? The value of T<6 ships is very much deprecated, and they are only really useful as ASScards or if you want a console set. I've only bought 1 T<6 ship since DR came out, and there are still a few of them I don't have but would like for the consoles. However, the value just isn't there as I'll never actually fly any of them.
4. This isn't the account wide unlock for boxed ships that I have been asking for, nor is it the one I want.
5. The people that do already own the T6 really should get a heavy discount here, or at least an account wide unlock for the T6. They already, directly or indirectly, spent a lot of money for that ship and that prior investment should be respected.
I hope there is a discount for already owned items. However, the Murradorn itself is prully half or more of the price of the entire pack. Also this would have been a great oppurrtunity to make the TNG S3-S7 uniform visually more appealing and give it a proper facelift ... a little disappointing, it still looks as if it was rendered in the 1990's, no texture sharpness, clipping of the arm to the torso, etc. The S1+S2 TNG uniform looks fifty times better and sharper.

Do I want to purchase previous Lockbox/Lobi-ships from the C-Store for a fair prize? Absolutely.
Do I want a T6 Constellation? Absolutely. You could even allow it skin unlock for some other ships, like Saggitarius/Europa/Buran just on the visual level once you get the T3 version. Would be easy work for you. It is also working fo the Daedalus/Nautilus class.
Do I think the Picard pack as a whole is overprized? Absolutely.
Will I purchase it? Definitely not. I already have too many other items, I don't see any discounts if you already own stuff.
Do I think Cryptic should sit down and create some intelligent rules for discounts if parts of a pack have already been purchased? Absolutely. It did work for the Gamma-Bundle, once you got the warship for 2000 Zen the rest of the pack was reduced by exactly that margin.
So, some good ideas here in my opinion, but bad execution, which will lead to me ignoring the pack. You should be fairer in your prizes. Either put a lot more stuff in the Picard pack, or reduce the prize significantly for it to sell.

They should have tied the Husnock to the pack too, the due of that and the Miradorn would be pretty tempting for a pack, even at this price, but as is this is too expensive for what it offers.
