Epic Phoenix prize pack token

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I have a epic Phoenix prize token and want the Krenim science ship but it is greyed out like some of the other ships. I dont have it on this character and want it to complete the console set. Please help?

    I have open ship slots and not even half of my inventory used.

    The Krenim ship was a freebie at Anniversary time a couple of years ago. Check that you didn't already 'receive' it as part of that Event by trying to reclaim it from your "Event" interface in the main menu.

    If that's not it, perhaps you could share a screenshot (or two) so that we might see exactly what you are seeing?

    I have looked everywhere I can and cant get it on this character. I have it on two other but that's it.

    I have looked everywhere I can and cant get it on this character. I have it on two other but that's it.

    If you have it, it should be available in 'Reclaim' in the Events tab in your Journal (not via the Reputations Tab which we used to use). It is greyed out because the system recognises you have already unlocked it.

    I found it and have the ship. Did not see it was moved to a new spot. Thanks.
