Very Cold in Space III not working.

I don't know about II but III does not work. I works just fine but III doens't work at all.

    Can confirm, was about to bug report it myself. Its 100% broken.

    I think what seems to be happening is that, rather than spawning at the location of the targeted enemy (as per the description in the tool tip) it is spawning at the users location - at least that seemed to be what was happening on the TFO I was just running

    Yup...I was just about to come here and report it too, spawns at your location not the target's.

    I am also having this problem with all levels of the power, across multiple characters with different ships.
