One Time Verification Code

So I am returning to the game after 2 years, only to find that I cannot log in. I keep getting the message telling me it has sent a one time verification code to my email, that was 3 hours ago and still I have not been sent a code. Never had this problem before. Any one else had this problem?

I have sent a ticket to PWE Support via Arc but don't know when I will hear from them.

    Did you check your junk folder? Are you checking the right email?

    I am having the exact same issue. My computer is down and I am trying to log in from my girlfriends computer which sits right next to my own, on the same hardwired network and have been told a code is on the way, but have received nothing despite multiple tries. This is clearly a problem with PWE.

    Did you get an email back from them? I've checked everything from junk folder to correct email and nothing.

    I do not understand why they cannot email me. I have had no problem with any other company or indeed this one for the last six years! A real Flustercluck!

    Alrighty, so I took the advice that support gave Heatshield and changed my email address to one with a more "common" domain name. Thought I was gonna get screwed because of course they send a verification email to the prior email, but I received it with no issues whatsoever (go figure). Clicked the verification link, and then tried to sign into the game with the new email which prompted the one time code and it was sent to the new email immediately. I am now back in the game.

    Hi thanks everyone, I have resolved it by creating a new email to access STO. However it is odd that that their would be email compatibility issues considering it has worked perfectly for almost a decade now.

    I am having the same problem. try setting up with 4 different emails address, all different domains. No luck.

    Same issue here. I gave up and will just have to play some other game. Very disappointed as I wanted start playing again and get my spouse involved as well. Funny, ARC has no problem sending the codes, only this game seems unable to.
