Account Bank (mostly) not showing on Romulan toon

my other three toons hailing from other factions do not have this problem, so I'm wondering if anyone else is having this issue. I hope this isn't a Romulan-only thing.

    Not a bug, just resize it.

    I do have romulan toons, but no problems with the account bank
