New bug in admiralty system daily bonus - unsure how to describe exactly

<this is not related to the failure of 100% success chance which I was also experienced and reported by others and is not new>
I apologize, I didn't know how to report/phrase the issue but since it wasn't solved I thought I should try to write still. I also can't provide a screen shot.
Issue in short: repeating daily bonus problem: looks like my char gets repeated daily track bonus (not only on the 1st mission of the day in a specific track, but also for other missions on the same day and track)
Elaboration: The char gets track xp and a daily bonus for such mission with daily bonus, and after completing the mission, even while relog/change char (let alone just moving tab in admiralty system or close and reopen of admiralty system's windows) still the ! for daily bonus appear and daily bonus (along with a separated marked usual track xp) is received for the other missions after the 1st on the same track.
I did force verify just in case and the issue still present (along with some strange chat system offline issue which is likely not related, and along with a difficulty in logging in on start, which was solved after the 1st logging in and somehow (only additionally) after switching a proxy.)

Beside what's noted above, sadly, for 2/2 * 2 (after cd), I've only got 50 advance as well, and it may be linked to networking issue as well.
Update: after what I see now (those bugs are consistent, admiralty and progression issues appear also for others and the progression/dilitium issue with patrol is a known found bug, I can play, and anytime I switch a char I get an offline chat system) I don't think it's (solely) connectivity issue on my side or in the middle. There is something else in my opinion here which causes also some non declared known strange issues since the last patch which I encountered then for the 1st time in this consistency and manifestation. Again, since I'm a newbie I can't help much here.
Yep have noticed this since the 12 November patch, and as far as i can tell its not just a display bug/lag it does not appear to give the daily campaign bonus XP.
Not display only also here.
But for me it DOES give the bonus! and again.
