Not receiving autocomplete rewards

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
When I logged on today my slotted events were auto completed but gave no rewards when I clicked complete while others did.
the following events are the events effected. I do know that other players had the rewards given when they completed. ALso there are others that did not get the rewards.

year 4,5,6,7 anniversary events.

    I did recive the ships into inventory through support but when will the be make full account unlocks? Thank you for your time

    yea but didn't get anything till I contacted support. And then they are still not account unlocked for me.
