Ground weapon equip bug.

When I equip a different weapon in the it is starting a 21 minute cooldown on the primary fire:

The cooldown is shared by all weapons that I equip, and sometimes restarts when I change to a different ground map.

    I got this also. In my case I got 3 minutes of cooldown.
    This is a very very bad bug because it prevent you to shoot with your ground weapon.
    It's really game breaking.
