Unable to use cross faction ships

Hi I've purchased the cross faction flagship mega bundle t6 unable to play with the romulan scimitar on my fed character keep telling me the ship can equipped upon the completion of the tutorial which I have done when I first played the game

    First of all, those on PC have the cross faction mega bundle opened up to the Federation. Those on console have not had that patch yet but it is coming soon. Thanks. :)

    No, you have not wasted your money and no, I am not joking. It has already been patched for PC and will come to consoles on a later date. Just sit tight for now. Thanks. :)
