My game keeps crashing. How can I fix this?

    Same - though I can access one character I left on Defera. Others are a no go ;-(

    Can you be more specific? When is your game crashing? Is there an error message? More information would be helpful. Also, have you turned off on-demand patching in the Options on the launcher? Thanks. :)
