Event Mission Auto Completion Didn't Complete And Other Inconsistencies!

I have sent 3-4 tickets so far in regards to this matter, but my tickets have been unanswered.
When the Event Reps that were supposed to be completed, mine still have some that weren't on some of my characters.
Is this still ongoing for others, or are we not getting heard about this problem?
I also have the Duty officer pack of the Dominion Cadre that was given as a reward at one stage, that still can't be used. I have put a ticket in about this and no one has been able to fix this up for me. If I cant use this pack, then why give it as a reward? I have never unpacked it and still can't.
I also have a quest (an old one where we got to get a Borg bridge officer, from a promotion quest, that I completed, but won't remove itself from my list.
I hope I put these in the right area? I am on a PC and these few things have me baffled and hope they can be cleared up for me soon.

the team is working on seperating event tab from rep tab ,maybe until then we will see a solution. no eta yet
