in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
I purchased the above pack and received the pet, uniforms, titles, and bridge officer, as well as the small craft unlocking to be recieved for free, but the five starships were not unlocked and must be purchased with zen still. I tried claiming on another KDF character and still the ships did not unlock. Please help me with this issue.

    I am having the same issue with Klingon pack. Went through the support and on march 26th it was referred to development team. Have heard nothing since and problem still persists.

    Romulan Legacy pack unlock nothing. You cannot even claim it.
    Fed pack of the same serie don't unlock the Jupiter uniform.
    I told them 5 days ago, they said the patch will fix the C-Store issues. A lie, obviously.

    It was not a lie. The patch just did not work. This can happen unfortunately.
