completed 2017 anniversary event in 2019 didn't get reward

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
took this up with the GMs they say they can't help me out so they told me to take it up to the DEVs hoping one of you can see this, I completed the 2017 event during the 2019 event and didn't get a reward unlock for the account like it has been in the past.

    @chrian#9670 @engineerb4#4806 @ambassadorkael#6946 Can you help this person? Also, is the item in your overflow bag or is it in your inventory? Further information would help the devs resolve the problem. Also, what tab are you looking at that you do not see the account unlock for the reward? Finally, have you opened the ship that might trigger the account unlock for the ship. Thanks. :)

    no, not in my overflow bag. the GM's gave my captain a single unlock of the ship. But not the account wide unlock or with the other rewards.
