Injuries not healing

in Xbox One Gameplay Bug Reports
For the past few days I haven't been able to heal my ship from injuries. I have components on-hand and can't heal. I go to DS9, Fleet Starbase and Sol and none of them let me heal. The "X" to heal is greyed out. I simply have to keep playing until the damage eventually takes care of itself. Has anyone seen this before? Any help would be appreciated.

    Do you have items in your Overflow bag?

    Yes but it’s not full. Did they patch things now where you have to keep a completely empty bag?

    Yes, they have patched things now that you have to keep a completely empty bag in order to perform certain functions. Also, you are welcome. :)
