Cannot Claim Playable Scorpion Fighter

I redeemed a code for the playable Scorpion fighter on Feb 7, 2019, but have been unable to claim it with my Romulan faction character. The code shows as claimed, but the C-store says it is not available. I also claimed a code for the Discovery pack at the same time, and was able to claim it just fine. Is there another way I can claim the Scorpion, or is there a glitch in the system?
