On a Fed Jem'Hadar Vanguard captain:

Error Message:
"unable to complete transaction: a previous transaction is still running."

Still able to claim most things, here's a list of C-store items it's effecting claims for:

* = ships from this pack can be claimed individually under "Ships > (respective tier)", the bundle itself can not be claimed.

    Getting the same error message. Also, ships are not working correctly, ship slots are locked out and can't be used. This seems to be a pretty major bug making the game unplayable.
    People ask how long have I been playing STO - well the answer is simple: I have been here since the beginning. I just haven't always had a lot to say.

    Having the same issue. Seems to only affect ships and ship bundles, for me. Can the devs just clear the transaction queue for us?

    Update: I was able to claim individual ships finally, but not any ship bundles. I still get the same error for those.

    Getting the error now... Cannot claim a T1 Oberth.

    Things I want in STO:

    1) More character customization options such as more clothing options, letting the toon complexion affect the entire body, not just the head. Also a true RGB color picker applied to all costume and appearance options, which would allow for true appearance customization and homogenous colors instead of "this same exact color looks vastly different on two different pieces."
    2) Bridge customization, not bridge packs. Let us pick a general layout and adjust the color palette, console appearance, and chair types, as well as more ready room layout options.
    3) Customizable ground weapons, i.e. The aesthetic look of phaser dual pistols but they shoot antiproton bolts. For obvious reasons this would only apply to standard ground weapons.
    4) For the love of Q please revamp Plasma Ground Weapons. They look like demented Supersoakers right now.
    5) True Vanity Impulse and Deflector effects similar to Vanity Shields.
    6) A greater payout for hitting T6 Reputations. Currently it takes more time and resources to get from T5 to T6 than it does to get from nothing to T5. Make that grind really pay out at the end.
    7) Mirrorverse Refugee event similar to AoY/Delta/Gamma, complete with new Mirrorverse recruits for all factions.
    8) Independent Faction, because yo ho yo ho a pirate's life for me!

    That is a known issue in the recent patch notes.

    getting this Error when trying to claim bundles on my new discovery captain as well.

    Same here on my Discovery Character. I could claim individual ships but not the three ship Faction Bundles.

    A bit of a PITA as I was getting the Discovery Character completed for Admiralty.

    been getting the same error message, unable to complete transaction.
    I believe God created the universe, because he knew we wanted to explore. So, he made us a playground...

    There was a problem with the credit card.

    I really would like to subscribe to the game but after a card alert, and me approving it, your system is now outright rejecting any purchase from me.

    Gamma Vanguard pack, nothing of it claimable (i get the available and claim button) , 125 bucks sitting idle since thursday. everything else i buy works well, just none of the gamma pack items work.

    got ticket open since thursday no response... i am not amused

    had a chat with support, they are working on a solution and we shall wait in patience.

    wouldnt mind to trade the money into ZEN and get the ships without the bundle stuff but thats according to support not possible.

    last comment from support was that devs are aiming to fix it with a patch on the 21.
