exploit my tribble, if getting marks back for putting time into the game is a bad thing lets toon bound those dil tickets again shall we? dont want you exploiting it now do we sharing those tokens around your toons for mining what!!! critics of this simple request need a reality check, we got a trade in for mats when the crafting system changed why not rep tokens as well?
Or was that exploit ok with you?
as for "so annoying when ppl say simple fix to a developer is annoying" well guess what pal, no one made you take that career im guessing you took it for that incentive called MONEY, dont belittle peoples requests because you're a fan boy, time invested must equal payment either way, we did the work we want the investment back just like you do at work.
Items like the new T6 flourish and the lame balloon guns that provided ZERO use in game.....how much dev time was spent on those??

Surplus marks SHOULD be made transferrable in some form, in part or in full.

No, they shouldn't. Marks represent character based progression around themed content. It's their core design. Make marks directly transferrable (beyond incidental endeavor rewards boxes, which are given on top of other activities) and they are no longer tracking character based progression around themed content. To progress, you need to play that character. At their most basic level, reps are an incentivization system which does help new characters find reasons to actually play the game (the horror) and thus to be invested in, not a generalized resource to manage at a higher scale (dil, account unlocks, account bound gear, and EC already serve that purpose quite well.)

And naturally if you don't want to scale down to a new character and then proceed not to develop it, you don't have to engage with that very particular course of action. Stick to your one "main" or a core group of developed characters. If you've made too many to fit your playstyle (ie. so many alts that your typical playtime can't possibly outfit them properly), cut the overflow and make a more conscious decision about what you want to play.

I'd just like to add, by the OP's logic, anyone who purchased Rep Projects items deserves a refund of all their materials input now we can unlock Rep Cost Discount.

    Funny....no-one is demanding that!
