  So we figured out what it is and not sure if it is ship specific or not. When you are at full impulse in the new Malachowski ship and it has a cut scene the screen shakes. The screen slightly shakes when the ship is at full impulse but VERY noticeable and mildly annoying if at full impulse in a cut scene.

  Actually it can't be ship specific because we didnt have that in the tutorial. It is still happening on later missions in the klingon war and romulan mystery on that ship too.
