The AoD Starter Pack can be reclaimed more than once, if the epic Pet was deleted in the Inventory.
So now i need to know if this is a legal move to claim the Phaser Weapons for the whole crew.
The 23rd century bundle can be also claimed more than once, so every Crewmember can be equipped wit a type 2 Phaser (the claim Button is never greyed out).
I think the claim button at the AoD Pack is only greyed out because the epic pet is only once allowed.
I would appreciate an answer from a DEV.
Of course it is a "legal move", If it wasn't, the devs would have programmed it differently.
Now hold on, we can't be sure of that. When delta rising came out Cryptic drastically reduced the experience payout for running missions and increased it for killing things.
So I used an old cardassian mission with infinitely spawning ships to grind up to the new max level in less then a couple of hours using AoE powers on their spawn in point.
As cryptic chose to program the game to give more experience for killing things I assumed they wanted me to kill things, and did so efficiently. But then they decided that leveling up quickly by killing things was actually an exploit and took away a bunch of the specialization points I had earned.
Now missions with infinitely spawning enemies don't give xp in most instances.
Point is Just because cryptic program something doesn't mean that they consider it fair game for us to use it as is, so it doesn't hurt to ask questions like these. That said, in this case I do think it's probably fine to reclaim, without the ability to do that I don't consider the Discovery starter pack to be worth its price.
I can't anything about the legality of it as I don't know where you live, but if I'd have to guess I'd say "yes" as it would be rather odd thing for the goverment of your home country to make illegal.
As for is it again Cryptic's rules, most likely not as if they wanted those packs to be single use, they would have made them so, it needs less manpower from Cryptic to police that then to rely on rules.

i think you misunderstood the word legal in this case. I wanted to know if i break cryptics policies if i reclaim the pack more than once on a single char.
Of course it is. You can reclaim all the packs multiple times on multiple characters. Connie ship phasers, five copies of a universal ship console, 100 tokens to unbox a ship over and over all day, whatever.

actually I understood it perfectly and was making a joke, though in retrospect I probably should included a smilie there, but as I said in the second part, if they wanted to make those packs single use they would have done so.
Considering how many Tardigrades you have to discard, yes it is very illegal and members of Starfleet Security's animal protection division are beaming into your house right about...now.

Why? I did not see Star Trek Discovery, but didn't the Starfleet torture that creature for spore drive to function properly?

The rules of reclaiming things are clearly defined PER ITEM. If it says 'Can only be claimed once and cannot be reclaimed if you delete the item' then that is that, as is the case with some Bridge Officers (Borg Boff). If it does not, then you can reclaim at your hearts content.....BUT some items you can only have 'active' once per character, such as ships that are boxed. If you have the ship in your roster, you cannot open another.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

It is considered a Third Degree Misdemeanor that could lead to a fine of up to $500 and up to 30 days in jail.
Seriously, there is no problem with it otherwise they would have fallen all over themselves to fix it in the first week.

Or reclaimed my TOS phaser out of the pack repeatedly.
