I encountered the same problem with the DS9 map and found a work-around. Players have reported that these steps have resolved similar Queue map issues, too.

@cha0tic1a, are you sure you turned ON "Force verify" AND turned OFF "On-demand patching" at the same time before logging in? After doing this, you should see the Launcher UI perform the file verification followed by a big patch.
If all of the above happened and your game is still crashing due to the missing map error, then you need to file a support ticket here. Hopefully, Cryptic support can resolve your issue.

Tried that, didn't work.
Expect a few bugs after new content but this is beyond ridiculous.
