NX Class Replica Promotion Ship Missing after Age of Discovery Rollout

I figured I would post here as well. Ticket submitted is #181009-001031. It never worked under T1 when claiming and I always had to go to the promotions tab. It was available to my characters still before the Age of Discovery rollout.

I noticed two packs that went missing, the Enterprise Era Pack and the 23rd Century Bundle, so my new characters can't claim my NX Light Escort or my type 2 phasers.

I've found the 23rd Century and Enterprise Era packs. When you go to the Discount Pack tab, it has several different options across the top title bar that has Expansion Packs, Mega Bundles, Cross Faction Bundles, Faction Bundles, Bundles and All options. You can find your packs there. It took a little doing, but I came across this tonight looking for the missing packs.

It let me claim the TOS bundle but not the Enterprise Era bundle.
