Login will not initiate

in Windows and General: PC, Network, and Other Technical Issues
The login screen will not let me log in to update the game....is there a problem here!???!?!?! FIX IT!!!!!!!

    ARC maintainence is in progress try again in about 2 hours.

    Yup. I hope they do a mass firing of whoevers responsible after this so we have a slight chance to get some competence in the future. this has happened at least twice in one year now.
