The FCT is meant for questions to which there has been an official response from the developers.
Since the topics you mentioned do not fall into that category.. no joy.
This program, though reasonably normal at times, seems to have a strong affinity to classes belonging to the Cat 2.0 program. Questerius 2.7 will break down on occasion, resulting in garbage and nonsense messages whenever it occurs. Usually a hard reboot or pulling the plug solves the problem when that happens.
How about adding the ability for the readers of the forum to block individual posts...so if there is one titled as such mentioned we do not see it in recent discussion lists the next time around?

Or how about the devs add it to the game so we can stop seeing these threads. Adding Borg Factions to the FCT won't prevent players from making threads about Borg Factions, it will just give more work to the moderators.
Speaking of the FCT, the End Game Constitution Class ship should be removed from the FCT since we already have it with the Temporal Light Cruiser.
We should get a official sanctioned list of topics it is okay to create threads about instead.

It is far easier to create an official sanctioned list of banned topics than it is to create an official sanctioned list of OK topics. Just think of the number of unique threads that have been made for the past 8 years compared to the number of banned threads.

The Connie is no longer an FCT, and it does say so in the FCT's.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.

Um, no. The FCT is for, you know, Frequently Created Threads.
Sort of. The actual page for the FCT references two situation in which a topic qualifies for inclusion to the list of FCT. Topics that are questions that have ALREADY been answered by the devs with 100% yes or no answers and topics that ALWAYS devolve into arguments (religion, politics, etc). Playable Borg falls under neither.
The team constantly sees questions that get asked over and over again, even when developers have responded. As such, those questions we see a lot of and their respective answers are now located here, in a Frequently Created Threads post! Please realize that the answers in this thread are from developers, community managers or management of Cryptic Studios so consider them 100% official. This also has some moderation threads that are no longer allowed for new discussion because it always leads to the same thing - warnings and closures.
When you see "TRIBBLE" in my posts, it's because I manually typed "TRIBBLE" and censored myself.

The main post still says:
End Game Constitution Class ship
The answer to the T5 connie ship has been a no for 4 years and that answer comes from CBS. Due to recent changes, the end game kelvin version of the constitution class has come about and as such, discussions can continue about it.
Only in a later post does it say "Updated end game discussions about constitution class as it's been released to the public." If banned threads added to the FCT after the Constitution class post is added to the main post, then the End Game Constitution Class ship section of the main post should be removed.

It can be argued that it still applies from a certain point of view.
We have no end game C-STORE Connie. We got a promo and a lockbox.
The FCT is indeed for topics that have a definitive dev answer on a subject, or such that cause sufficient forum disruption that they always degenerate into arguments and rules violations.
As devs have yet to definitively rule out playable Borg, it will not be added to the FCT at this time.

Asking for T6 versions of your fave ship, I don't see why not. But playable Borg probably should be on the FCT.
