I would like to test drive some ships and test builds on them within the Tribble Server, is there a way I can get access to aquire C-Store Ships and test them out before I buy them.
As Tribble is perfect for this, I can rearrange skill tree accordingly and back again if needed, if possible, could you unlock the Dyson Cross Faction Bundle and Ship upgrade tokens, as I have some Ideas for builds.
After running a T6 Sci Ship, I look at these Dyson ship and they don't get enough credit for what they are, as I can see they would be more formadable than most T6 ships.
Basically just lacking Specialist Seating, they have 11 consoles.
If it works out ill start using them, if I start wiping some butt in Kerat with Dyson Destroyers, it might promote sales.

Love my Dsds

Eh no, the option was to test new ships for bugs, they were removed after they were released on Holodeck.
Either way..They havent done this for Years..At least since Delta Rising.

So..just speaking from experience...There is nothing that you can do on a DSD that you cant do with a similarly equipped Sci ship (T5U or T6)..The swap of Commander Sci to Commander Tactical is...sadly.. Not as useful as it sounds.. The DSD is a WONDERFUL SCIENCE ship but the WORST DESTROYER in the game (Should you run it like one)..I know you have science ships even on your KDF toon..Test and try out their first. If you looking for Speed..Wells/Vern or Dranur..If you want a Hangar..Multimission ships...If you want a Cloak..Go Romulan or Nak'ul...If you Want Slow with an extra weapon Go Sci Dread..There ya go..From a guy with ALL the sci ships.

Come on Cold..It IS a good sci ship, its just not a T6 with a specialty seat. In my ENG toon im doing 70k-100k no problem (No + % Exotic Damage just EPG points) Its capable of much of the same level damage as any other Sci ship..I have all the T6 Sci ships..but this one look and flys good for me (Eng Romulan)...I still run a T5U Wells on my Tac and T6 Multimission on my SCI.

What would you consider to be a better option? Just Curious.

AHHH Now it all makes sense..Your comparing it to the EVENT ship..The Cstore variants are better with more hull and shields.
I run a Caprimul and its basically a more maneuverable version of (how you describe) the Krenim.
I have the Leaosa too but thats now a Dedicated Drain ship (Mostly due to its console). Also run the Rom Multimission (Vesta alternative)..But Shes not as maneuverable in PVP as the DSD is.
I will say the 4 piece Alliance Set makes that ship very tanky in large numbers (swarms) or Hurk and even Borg (or difficult PVPer). Again ..down side is they are not as maneuverable vs the DSD (Cstore ships).
I have the Eternal..But man I keep shelving it..Be it on my Rom or my Fed toons...There are other ships I like flying better.

While there's some handy spread sheets for a variety of things such as cool down calculators in the holo-world, having access to those pieces of rep gear and fleet gear you were thinking about without really buying them plus unlimited respecs and some Japori elite test runs can give you a free preview of how your next build really works.
My own introduction to prevailing innervated competitive engines didn't happen on holodeck
Meh, if Cryptic doesn't want to allow test drives for whatever reason (ex. managing a entirely separate C-store for tribble) I don't think there's much of an argument here in repeating "but I want it!" It's their test server, their objectives, and the practice isn't so standard in gaming that one could argue they're violating an implicit social contract irrespective of their needs and this item's feasibility (I certainly don't get to test out my Warframes.)

Spurious calls to arms is spurious, enabling the c-store for tribble is not innovation. It's facilitation. If Cryptic wants to do that, okay. If not, oh well. Stats in this game aren't so obtuse that you can't reasonably extrapolate performance per ship. If you personally find it troublesome, reach out to the build community or simply learn through experience.

And "nya uh" isn't a valid counter argument. We simply don't need test drives, though they would be a nice feature for some people. There's a lot that could be added to STO that fits under that category. Whether or not that's added is down to the process of development. If Cryptic's gone so far as to remove the ability, then they've made a pretty clear statement that it's something they do not want in the game (at least in that form.)
They are the developer, and such decisions are part of their responsibilities (balancing what players want with their priorities, objectives, feasibility, and opportunity costs.)
PS. for the OP: if you want to have a look at the complete customization options for the DSD, the ship is available as a customizable NPC costume in the Foundry. For stats questions: I recommend you consult with the STO build community to evaluate whether your intended DSD builds will make the most of the dual modes and consoles (expert consultation can be much more informative than fiddling around during a first impression.)
