I'm not sure what is going on exactly, but I can't get the game to connect this afternoon. I got on and played just fine this morning until I went to lunch at noon. I get back and the launcher won't connect most times, and when it does I then get a message on the launcher that says...
The website is experiencing technical difficulties. Normal game play is not affected.
If I am then able to get this far, I try to log in and get an "Unable to authenticate" error or it times out. I have actually been able to get the game to load a few times, only to have it time out trying to connect to the login server. I've rebooted my PC, my router and my modem. I've tried connecting from my laptop and get the same problems. I can surf the internet just fine, watched some YouTube vids just to be sure it wasn't all on my end and had zero issues.
It's most likely something between me and Cryptic that's going bonkers but it's none-the-less very frustrating.
I have included the traceroute, nettest and pathping info in this post. Hopefully someone can point me in the right direction to getting this cleared up. This stuff always seems to happen during an event I'm doing where I need every day I can get in order to finish and now it looks like I'll end up at least 1 day short.
Here is the info...
