Where to begin...
1) I can no longer process my extra 1000 Dilithium for having a membership!
2) New PVE menu is very confusing, the filters do not stay set, and some PVEs, especially events (like the current Tzenkethi red alert) are not showing up at all.
3) Even after a PVE is ready and I select ready, it keeps counting down and then drops me from the PVE queue.
4) All of the items I used the very special Key Ring upgrade token on to take to "Max Quality and Mark" are now 1 level below max - these should have been bumped to the new maximum because of the very nature of the item used to upgrade them.
Not bugs, but issues non the less that make me ask why?
5) the new DS9 layout is terrible.
6) Why all of the voice-over changes for backdrop characters? This got me last time it happened when you changed all of the Dabo Girl voice-overs and the limits on the tables.
7) I can not find where to claim some of the new level up rewards.
8) I can not find the new story missions.

•Risa map and mini-map garbled (other locations may be as well)
•Still can't refine my bonus dilithium from membership at level 65.
No-one got their items auto-upgraded because they had previously used the Ultimate Upgrade prior.
To leave the GQ queue if it loops fly out of the area to make it drop you and re-enter after.
Doing a hard restart on the game can 'resolve' this. Usually happens after playing a long length of time and starting up the game without restarting the console. The game doesn't seem to like the 'stasis' saves on consoles.
Ah, I see. Thanks for this. I don't understand why Cryptic made this change and not put a countdown timer on the 1000 refined dil like the daily path to 2409 quiz.

The only problem is you have to manually keep track of the cool down as it doesn't do it for you. Silly really.

Right?
Additional issues yet:
• When 1 PVE decides it is ready it drops me from all other queues - which is really frustrating when it then does not pop because of too many declines.
• Can no longer snooze a PVE if I started a timed task - now doing so drops me from all PVE queues all together.
• Often after the second or third time a PVE has failed to pop and placed me back in queue the next time it is "ready" it is not listed in my commands menu to accept even though I see the countdown - and the only thing to do is watch it pass and get dropped from queue.
Be that as it may, but DS9 is now properly to scale, as many people have been requesting for years.
I understand your pain on the Upgrade issue, however there is no way to track what items were upgraded with those tokens and there would be many claims from people for things they thought were upgraded with the tokens (or by way of fraud) to get items free upgrades. The tokens did their job and upgraded the item to MAX at the time they were used. There is nothing in the items description about 'future-proofing' items to be upgraded to MAX unfortunately.
More issues:
• Glitch encountered on Swarm - will not proceed to next wave, asks for destruction of remaining Hurq when none are present.
• Abandoning a PVE for any reason now locks player out of PVEs for a significant time period - which is frustrating when there are glitches and I wasn't even the first or second to leave.

I notice this as well. It is really frustrating that I can't even accept the queue after 2 or 3 missed pops because the "Joined ready queue" is not in the menu for me to accept. This new PVE menu is confusing for alot of people already. Combining this with this menu bug make joining a queue almost impossible. It's a TRIBBLE shoot most of the time.
I am sure at least a portion of the the "Declines" preventing PVEs are directly because of this bug. I'd estimate 33% to 50% at least.

that's not really true since when you use the the token it has no over xp but when you the other upgrades is always has over xp
Also, the very nature of a complex MMORPG such as STO needs to log a lot of minute details regular to function - so it can track inventory, experience, powers, health, location, etc... and there is absolutely records of purchases in the Zen store. There are databases behind the scenes for characters that track more than most people know. The question becomes the exact nature of how that tracking is handled and how far back it goes - but I know they can determine who used Ultimate Upgrades and on what.
Mission "melting pot" will not unlock. Suspect this is related to the mission that should precede it (beyond the nexus) being somehow moved BACK to the Klingon war arc. Will add that completing that mission still does not unlock melting pot.
Another thing to report;
Notice a lot of occurances of no option to accept queue as well here. My temporary work-around has been to go back to character select, then log back into character. Has worked every time (provided whatever map I'm on doesn't stall loading up.)
