Unfortunately, the Steam Account Creation is not working today, and there's no way to inform their customer service without an account.

    I was able to link my Steam acct no problems, so that works. Nice free pack. Title, BOFF, three phoenix boxes and the Mercenary outfit. Already had the outfit, but the other stuff is nice.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    Yes, I knew that. I even signed out my main acct because I wanted my F2P to have whatever was in it. Though the email said to check ingame mail, it was in the Promotions tab of the c-store.

    I thought to check there next when there was no ingame mail.
    Now a LTS and loving it.
    Just because you spend money on this game, it does not entitle you to be a jerk if things don't go your way.
    I have come to the conclusion that I have a memory like Etch-A-Sketch. I shake my head and forget everything. :D

    D'oh! Now I have to decide whether it's worth downloading and reinstalling the Arc client just to get this. I'm leaning towards "nope."

    (I still use the Steam launcher, since it's what I started with back in ... 2012?)

    Thank you OP for sharing the link. It worked for me. I was able to claim it in the promotions tab of the C-Store. Here is what is in the bundle, in case anybody is trying to decide if it's worthwhile:

    They said they gave me an email containing the code but I only got a download link to the actual game.

    I only have the arc client for putting in the few codes I've had since they introduced arc. Ferengi shuttle, khan clothes and a defiant thats either t5 or 6 (not sure never fly escorts so may not have even asscarded it) Doesn't take too long to update and once the code is on I can easily ignore it til next time.

    Standalone launcher the rest of the time, used to use steam but never felt the need to double up and start a launcher from what is effectively another launcher.

    As its free I'm kind of tempted to setup a 2nd humble account to get it for my main LTS account, already have a promo borg boff on it so used the code on my f2p one.

    Thanks, considering I don't surely know what will happen to my Jemm'Hadar, will wait before deciding which character, personally.

    I'm trying to get the free one right now... and nothing is happening at all. Already linked to my Steam, got it in my shopping cart... click "Get it for Free!"... and nothing. No notification of anything. Just the same shopping cart screen as if I didn't click anything.

    They sent me an email when I added it to my cart and clicked checkout. Then I clicked on the picture, scrolled to the bottom of the page they took me to and clicked reveal key.

    Well, before I waste time on it, can someone tell me which Borg BOFF this is? If it's the normal one in the C-Store, that was a pre-order bonus, then I have that one...if it's the Reman, though, that's worth it...

    hmmm so the borg bridge officer is 1 time claim on 1 character? or is it an unlock and your other characters can claim as well?

    My main account should already have the merc uniform since it was a giveaway before.

    Once per account for the borg boff on the character that collects the box.

    Seems as though if you've never used arc with the account before adding the code triggers the khan costume to be unlocked as well.

    That's because the Khan costume is unlocked by playing STO through Arc. Or at least launching it...

    It seems to be the C-store one, note that if you claim the pack on a Romulan you get both the Romulan Borg and your faction version as well (both BTC).
