Gamecrash Ce38007-8 if you beam down to risa and locked toon

Since 6of july i have following error
Every time i beam down to the sommerevent of risa i get a gamecrash with ce38007-8 and i cant load my toon. I contacted perfect world game support at 7th july. The only thing they can do is move my toon to the eta eridanis sector. If i try to enter risa again, i get the same error. They send me to sony support...no real help.
Now the say post in the forum...lets see ( had to wait 3 days to post here, cause i normally dont need forums)
I lost allready 10 days of the risa event....i wont accept the loss of the eventship.
So once more at another place HELP me please

I reinstalled the game i reinitialised my ps4
I took a brand new ps4
I did everthing the support of perfect world and sony said.
