Game keeps crashing every 5 min

Howdy all just curious I am having crashing issues the game crashes like every 5 min any help would be great!

    Have te same problem. Game crashes each 1 or 2 hours. Seems to be related to gameclient.exe. App hangs.

    Looks like they may have rebooted the servers this morning at 2.... CHART

    Just to make sure, are you running 32bit ? 64bit as far as I know still crashes for most people.

    SearchUI was the problem for me. Windows 10 related.... crashed again.

    Yeah game crashing at the login screen..Been happening since the last patch..

    I can get game to load up and move around in galaxy map. But the minute I start anything in a system crash. reported now over 10 times. wish the tickets would get answered.

    Many Issues Here :D so i beginning
    Low System Memory all under 8 gig should enable Data Streaming Option when the game Crash after a time
    Crash on Char Chose Can be Old GFX Drivers or new installed was start STO Onetime safe mode in launcher option to find !
    Cylce crashing comment can be a Overheating sign be , Open PC Case and Clean GFX Card and CPU Fan at notebooks also the the airflow tunnel !

    Sporadic Crashing can a hardware defect sign be ,like System Memory ,or GFX Card Uses memtest86+ to test Memory ,and Ati Tool for some other programm GFX stress test. Also gave it Prime95 for CPU Stress and Stable Test !

    I have a tower and mine has been crashing ever since the new update Rise of Discovery. I didn't have this issue before the new update and I'm running a 64 k would like some help, please.

    I just downloaded this game and when I enter my information to log in it says the account information isn't correct. I have tried it over and over, am sure that I'm typing everything correctly, and now I've been locked out for 10 mins (IP Ban) twice.

    I go to the email that was sent to me when I created the account and click the link to play the game and it just pops up a dead page. Just a weird blank webpage.

    Please help. I would have created a thread, but I'm not allowed as I'm a new member...

    I was having the same problem, I then discovered my pc was getting hot, found a tool to control the fans and it's now running perfectly, no lag, no crashing.

    Same issue, though it's random timing on the crashes. Video will freeze but any audio will continue its pattern until it finishes, as in, if a crash happens during an npc dialogue in a mission they still finish what they are saying even though the video has been locked. It started with the patch from the last 2 missions. I couldn't update the drivers until last night due to nvidia and the May 2019 Windows Update not playing nice, but they put out an emergency patch for that last night. I was hoping the new driver would fix the STO issue, but no luck. The only thing that has worked so far for me to be able to play is to turn off lighting 2.0 . The game runs fine after that, though it looks bad and I have to manually turn up the brightness on my monitor to see what I'm doing.
