    hey, does the old key ring take stuff to 15 now too or only 14? I mean if you bought it before there was a 15.

    I’m pretty sure it takes it to 15. I recently used some on my new Jem’hadar toon, and it upgraded to 15

    Too bad there's no sale for the bundle itself, I'm not really inclined to pay the regular price.

    I have an Ultimate Tech Upgrade and it's burning a hole in my uniform pocket - what would be best to spend it on? Level 65 Vulcan Starfleet Admiral.....

    Point by point, on reputation gear. They are the most expensive to level up to XV.

    For the most direct benefit, maybe shield (especially rep shields) in space, or maybe warp core for AMP. On ground, perhaps your chosen primary weapon?

    I think they missed the boat they should have had a zen sale can't buy anything without zen and if you are from Canada you can't aford to buy zen unless its on sale.
