Yesterday's War is in the wrong place and missing quests on Jobe@Renothian blocking me from continuing with Wasteland... Renothian@Renothian shows where it should be with the missing quests. Please fix so I can continue with Wasteland arc. Thank You.

Can you play the 1st two episodes there? if yes, after you do this, it will probably jump further to the next position and you will have to do the level 43 when the time come in line. (may block other line then. Unsure how it behaves since the expansion though.) Talk to Philip cray/Kail just in case - probably you need the temporal agent contact/"reword person" to start the 1st level twenty quest.
If you do the TWO level twenty quests (those are revealed one by one, probably) and can't see the "jumped" level 43 line quest, (e.g. stays twenty or disappears or even no jump to next position) and you want to show it, you can try to interact with J->"info"
Note that for new chars, at least before this expansion and after AoY time, once this line and its quests appear, all visible quests will be mandatory for basic lines' advance (blocking.) I am unsure what was changed, if any, in this regard, since the expansion beside allegedly having the 1st twenty quest there reset. You are not the only one who complained issues though.
Note in case it isn't clear - I am just a player like you are, and no experience with this line (beside redoing its 1st quest) since the expansion yet.
Your character MUST play them as they pop up in the progression AND don't pop up unless you have done the mission just prior to it (because that where the "trigger" for the next mission in "Yesterday's War" has been added in the program).
This, also, effectively blocks the "skip mission" mechanic as well.
I have older characters who are already past some of them but can not unlock the Breen Arc until I went back and finish the Yesterday's War on them. LOL! I think I have most of them caught up...maybe.
(I have yet to fix everything with my old characters and the New Romulus arc they fiddled with at a similar time...and my older characters still get the introductory cut scene with D'Tan when they land there and the transporter around the place is locked, again.)
Now, to have access to a mission reward gear or "set"....you have to wait for an Feature Episode to run (for players level 10 and above run new missions) and hope it is worth it.

Are you talking about the console? I've found that sometimes the missions on console won't be unlocked in the Episodes tab, but are available in the Incoming Hails tab.
