Saucer separation/ Multi-Vector assault mode issues

Ok after i activate my saucer separtion or my Multi-Vector assault mode and then i try to bring the ship back to one pice it looks like its trying to do the animation for the separation when the ship is already in deferent parts like when the saucer is not connected to the stardrive and i try to recall the saucer and at that time it looks like the saucer is coming of the stardrive but the saucer is not there and its the same with the Multi Vector assault mode any idea what this is about?

I'm having this issue also. When I do Saucer Seperation or Vector Assault mode, the units seem to ignore my command to combine when long period of time has pass.

There is a feature of these modes that a lot of people seem to miss when using these consoles.

When you deploy the saucer or multi-vector modes, and they are in prolonged combat, they can become damaged. They are not that strong, and are actually quite fragile, providing only basic support. So, when they get too damaged, they stop in place, and cannot be reconnected to your hull or platform until you leave the map you are on. I don't think this is a bug. I think this is intended, because I've experienced this on numerous occasions.

Next time you deploy, watch the other half of yourself in combat. If you see flames and damage all over it, and it just stops, you know that it cannot reconnect.

If, however, it is still moving and firing, you can call it back and have it reconnect before you lose it entirely. If it still doesn't come back even after you seeing that it is still operational, then I'm really not sure. I hope this provided you help in some way.

Sorry, but you are incorrect. Seperation Pet Recall works even if pets ARE disabled. This is the way it has always been since they were released. They despawn, and fly in to dock, no matter what condition they are in. This is a bug, and it's also the same with the Intrepid Aero Shuttle, even when it's not disabled, which I have reported before.

Try unequipping then re-equipping the console whilst in that zone as a work-around for now.
"You don't want to patrol!? You don't want to escort!? You don't want to defend the Federation's Starbases!? Then why are you flying my Starships!? If you were a Klingon you'd be killed on the spot, but lucky for you.....you WERE in Starfleet. Let's see how New Zealand Penal Colony suits you." Adm A. Necheyev.
