My account characters is broken

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
Ships in ship management randomly missing, can't use bridge officers , bridge officers UI missing , ship randomaly freezes while playing have to relogin to fix, GM said DEV needs to come and debug this and I have yet to hear from one its been 2 weeks + and and my patients is running thin. If this is how you guys do buisiness it really show not to spend a dime for this game any more cause it sure seems like no body gives a TRIBBLE about their customer.

    Destre@CrowMaverick is really messed up can't use bridge officers abilities the UI is missing and ships in ship management randomly missing also ship freezes randomaly , Angelika@CrowMaverick certain special ground abilities no longer work like Medical nanite cloud. Here is the {incident:180507-000518} number I got from GM

    I took a look at Destre@Crowmaverick and it looks like he fixed the serious issues as far as I can see though I did not have much time as its patch day , gonna test some more after patch. Please thank him for his time . Also will I be compensated for waiting over a month as patiently as I possibly could? @engineerb4#4806

    I tested its now working before it was slotted and did not work wierd, that takes care of all of it Thanks you for the fixes even though it took a month I still am glad I did not loose that character.
